• Within 24 hours of your relacing purchase expect an email containing your prepaid shipping label and shipping instructions
• Pack your glove following the shipping instructions and send it to our glove-relacing experts

• When we receive your glove, our expert glove smiths will relace your glove with the lace color you selected and apply leather conditioner if requested
• Once completed, we will immediately ship your freshly relaced glove back to you and provide you with tracking information
